While most people have an idea of what vibrant health would be like, many are not living it. The plethora of information available on the subject seems to lend itself to a feeling of being overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. Since we can only go from where we are (recognizing that we are all at different levels of health), where can each of us begin in our quest to achieve vibrant health? This conversation is designed to give practical advice on some of the most important things we can do to promote health and vitality.
An important and integral part of preparedness is improving and achieving the highest level of health we are capable of. Why? Because during difficult and stressful times, we will either be a blessing and support to others or a burden. If we choose not to be a burden, we will ensure our body is physically prepared for whatever may come our way. One of the most critical health areas is proper hydration. Yet, many people drink substances like soda and coffee, which dehydrate the body and further stress it.
Learn practical ways to improve your physical health and well-being by avoiding things which place additional stress on the body and, at the same time, utilizing those things which are most beneficial.
